Conference Hotel: Clarion Congress Hotel Prague (CS006) (this link is just for information purposes, unless you want to book extra days in the hotel). The special rate for the conference from 7-10th of April is 58 Euro per Room and Night with Breakfast - to be paid at the Hotel Desk upon arrival.
You will be assigned a room according to your room wish - single, double or executive room. You do not need to book extra with the hotel, unless you wish to book extra days.
Extra days and rates will need to be negotiated extra with the hotel.
Early Registration till March 1st: 25 Euro
Normal Registration till April 1st: 35 Euro
Late Registration after April 1st: 50 Euro

With this form I commit myself to attend the COG Europe Conference. I agree to take part in all the meetings and also to follow the rules for Conferences of the Church of God (no Drugs, no Alcohol, no smoking in the building). Withdrawal from the Conference. If you find it necessary to withdraw your application before the 1st of April the costs, except € 25 booking fee, will be returned to you. Withdrawal after this date forfeits all the cost. (The postmark or email date will be used as the guide in all cases concerning registration or withdrawal). Day-guests are very welcome! (Day Ticket will cost 10 Euro) The registration is only confirmed once the money has been paid into our account or per PayPal. You will have to pay your Hotel Room at rate 58 Euro per Night for Double Room according to availability. Surcharge for Single Room may apply. The Organizer will not accept responsibility for any harm to things and persons. The Confirmation of Registration will only be done only through E-mail per Request.
